Frequently Asked Questions
Is the laser engraving on this tumbler permanent?
Yes. Laser engraving removes the powder coat finish to reveal the stainless steel beneath, creating a permanent mark that will not fade, peel, or wash off. The bronze electroplate plating is applied into the engraved area, making it equally permanent.
How do I care for my powder coated engraved tumbler?
Hand washing is strongly recommended to preserve both the powder coat finish and the engraved design. Avoid dishwashers, abrasive scrubbers, and harsh chemical cleaners. The interior is safe to clean with standard dish soap and a soft bottle brush.
Will the cream powder coat finish scratch or chip over time?
Powder coat is a durable industrial finish that resists normal everyday wear. Dropping the tumbler on hard surfaces or using metal utensils inside can cause chips. Handle with care and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces to maintain the finish.
How long does the bronze electroplate engraving last?
The bronze electroplate finish is applied directly into the laser-engraved area and is protected by the surrounding powder coat. With proper hand-wash care it will maintain its appearance indefinitely under normal use conditions.
Can I submit my own custom design instead of the butterfly pattern?
Yes. The Brightener Group specializes in custom print and engraving work. Contact us directly to discuss custom design options for full wrap laser engraving on this tumbler format.
Does this tumbler keep drinks cold and hot?
Yes. The double-wall vacuum insulation keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours and warm for up to 4 hours. The leak-proof screw-on lid with slide closure maintains temperature and prevents spills.
What is included with the tumbler?
Each tumbler ships individually packaged in a window gift box and includes a matching handle, clear straw, stainless steel straw, and a tumbler care card with washing instructions.

Premium Mounting Techiques
Mounting Board (HDF):
High-density fiberboard (HDF) is a strong, durable, and water-resistant engineered wood product. It's made from compressed wood fibers and resin that are bonded together under high heat and pressure. HDF is also known as hardboard.
HDF Properties:
Density: HDF is denser than medium-density fiberboard (MDF) and particle board.
Thickness: HDF is typically 3–8 millimeters thick.
Surface: HDF has a smooth, uniform surface that can be painted, veneered, laminated, or varnished.
Water resistance: HDF is resistant to moisture and insects.
Durability: HDF is more durable than solid wood and can withstand changes in humidity and temperature.
Premium Frame Materials from Framerica
Framerica MDF Laminate Frames - Made in USA
MDF, which stands for Medium-Density Fiberboard, is a manufactured wood material made from compressed sawdust and resin, often used for picture frames due to its smooth, consistent surface, stability against warping, affordability, and ease of customization, making it a great choice for creating detailed designs while being relatively low-maintenance compared to solid wood.
Key benefits of MDF for picture frames:
Stability and Warp Resistance:Unlike solid wood, MDF is less prone to warping or cracking due to temperature and humidity changes, ensuring the frame maintains its shape over time.
Smooth Surface:MDF has a very smooth, even surface which allows for excellent paint or veneer adhesion, providing a clean and professional finish.
Cost-Effective:Compared to solid wood, MDF is generally more affordable, making it a budget-friendly option for picture frames.
Versatility:MDF can be easily cut and shaped with various tools, allowing for intricate designs and detailed moldings on picture frames.
Consistency:Unlike natural wood with knots and grain variations, MDF provides a consistent appearance across the board.
Environmentally Friendly:MDF often utilizes recycled wood fibers, making it a more sustainable choice compared to some solid wood options.
Premium Canvas Gallery Wrap Materials
Kiln-Dried Pine Gallery Wrap Frames
Our Stretcher bars are made from solid pine wood. Consistent quality and kiln dried lumber assures you that the bars will fit nicely together and will be straight. This is the wood of choice for most museum quality stretcher bars due to its stability, low resin, and lignin content. The wood is kiln-dried to a moisture content below 8% which will ensure that there will be no warp or shrinkage after the canvas is applied to the stretcher frame.
We use a 2"x2" Frame for larger pieces over 20" per side, and 1.5"x1.5" for frames below 20" per side.
